What a nice winter!!!

The Kids acted out the Christmas story this year. It was so adorable. Wilson was a Wiseman and the Inn Keeper. Eliza was the Angel. So fun.

For Wilson's 4th Birthday, we went to Fat Cats. We had so much fun. My little boy is four and such a fun little guy. He loves playing ball with dad, playing the Wii, drawing and coloring, and playing games with Eliza. I love my son and am so grateful to have him in my life. He brings me so much happiness. We also had an amazing time bowling and eating pizza.

Christmas and Evie's birthday

Here is our Christmas setup. We are terrible
about taking pictures if we are videoing. So no pictures of the kids opening presents. But here is our setup. We did it pretty minimal with Christmas decorations this year. It was perfect though.

I couldn't find my advent calendar this year. It is in some box packed away. We looked everywhere, but couldn't find it. It's tradition though, so I had to the best with what I had. It
turned out pretty cute. Each day they cut down one of the packages. There were three chocolates for each kid, and an activity to do that night. We had a really fun December!

Then we had Evie's birthday on December 28. I got this cute idea from someone, (I think that it was Natalie Boss?) and it turned out so charming. It was so enjoyable. I think that Wilson and Eliza may have liked it more than Eva.

The Birthday Tree

We had to wake up our little Evie for her party. Doesn't she look so cozy?

The Birthday Cake that I made. I should have just bought one, I don't even know why I try.

But Evie liked it...

Opening presents

Dad is such a good sport. He kept his birthday hat on the entire time.

She loved her presents!

I just can't believe my baby is two. She will always be a baby to me. I will still be calling her my baby when she is 19.

Eliza came with me to pick out a present for Evie from her and Wilson. She picked a game called Pop the Pig. Moj later informed me that they had been begging for that game for months. She tricked me. But Eva loved it too...luckily.

How cute are Lizie's teeth?

I could cuddle with my little ones all day.

We are still alive!!!

Well, blogging has definitely become a past-time of

mine. But I thought maybe I'd give a little update of the last year. Just a few of the big moments and then some cute updates of the little ones. First on the list, Annie and Juston got married. We love you both so much and can't imagine our family without Juston.

Next on the list, Eliza broke her arm. This isn't a great picture of the cast. She broke it at recess and she was a real trooper. She broke her wrist in two places. Luckily it healed up just in time for summer and swimming.

Next huge addition of the year, Jonah Belnap. The sweetest baby ever. My sister Jamie's 4th and last. He couldn't be a more perfect last child. Here is a picture of him at birth, and the one down below is a more current picture of him. He has the blondest hair. He and Eliza could be siblings.

Just eating breakfast before school. Eva is such a nut!

Another exciting event, Ben finally graduated with his doctorate. Moj won't stop teasing him and he will forever be Dr. Belnap. What an accomplishment and long road. We are so proud of you.

Our annual trip to Lake Powell!!! Here is the group. This year marked Eliza's and Luke's first trip. Anna's second. We all had the best time.

Just a little waterskiing.

Eliza can't keep her eyes off her parents!

Eliza actually did give waterskiing a try. She was successful on a little tube waterski, but after trying the real two skis had a little meltdown. She did pretty well, but, as you can see, was not about to try again.

Birthdays... It is so funny because I can't even find the pictures of my kids' birthdays as I'm doing this update, but I had to put in the pictures of Jamie's kids' because they are such great pictures of the kids and because she makes such amazing cakes. Can you believe she made these both? This picture is Owen's 2nd birthday.

This is Anna's 8th birthday.

Just hanging out at the party. I think at this point we were waiting for Ben to start with the scary stories, at which point a crying Wilson and I had to leave the room. He was too scared of the dark.

Moj and I in San Diego.

A summer trip up to Grandma Mitzi's and Grandpa Bick's cabin. Nothing beats Oakley.

Eva loved playing in that dirt!

On our way up to the pond to throw rocks and fish.

Moj did most of the rowing...

Wilson and Daddy at the pond.

I love this old swing because I remember riding it as a child and playing on it and singing on it. It brings back so many memories. I think my happy thoughts must be rubbing off on Evie, don't you?

Just waiting in line at Lagoon.

These little love-birds, Evie and Owen, wouldn't stop holding hands all day at Lagoon. So cute. These two kill me.

Anna's baptism! The kids were so excited to see her go under the water. She is such a mature 8 year old. We are all so proud of her.

Halloween this year was a blast! Eliza was a witch (a pretty sassy one if you ask me), Wilson was Iron Man, and Evie was a bumblebee. At least she was supposed to be a bumblebee, but refused to wear her antennae or wings. We had a great time trick-or-treating.

Could you love this little guy anymore? He turns 4 this February! How are all of my kids growing up so fast?

Evie is getting so big. She turns 2 this December and I can't even believe that my baby isn't going to be a baby anymore. I won't let it go though. She will always be my baby. She is the goofiest little thing you've ever seen. And she is talking up a storm. I love this little gal.

I think that they are trying to do anything they can to get out of going to bed.
