Eliza and I had a special day. She was really upset one night when I went out with my mom and she couldn't come. So I promised her that we would have a special time, just the two of us where we would go to a restaurant and a movie. I thought maybe we'd go at the end of the week. But at seven the next morning she was already asking where we were going for our special time. We had a great time at breakfast together. She is such a cutie. This is us right before we left. I think that it is 9:00 am. That was the longest I could hold her off.

Wilson refuses to let anyone help him eat anymore. It's good I guess, but every meal is such a mess!
On the Fourth of July we watched the fireworks in our front yard. We have the best view and we had so much fun. I had to cover Eliza's ears the whole time, but that is just becoming tradition. She hates loud noises, which is why we can't actually go to the Holladay park to watch them.We've had such a fun summer so far. It wasn't exactly as I'd planned because I wasn't expecting to be pregnant, tired, nauseous... The list goes on. But we are so grateful for the new addition being sent to us. And I've been surprised how much we've still been able to do. Jeremiah and I are leaving the kids for a week and we are off to Lake Powell!! We are so excited. The Tuesday we get home I have my 20 week ultrasound. I can't wait to find out what we are having.

your kids are so cute. it was so fun seeing you in utah. hugh is the same way - refuses to let me help him eat. Walmart has these cool bowls (Munchkin brand) that have suction on the bottom....i use them for every meal. It makes for a little less mess..(at least they don't tip over the bowl as often:)) take care! have fun in lake powell.
